ABOUT ME

I have a strong academic background in museum studies and history of art combined with over 10 years of work experience in project management, marketing and museums. 

 

After receiving an MFA degree in "Museum Exhibition Planning and Design" from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, I completed my internship at Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum as a Von Hess Scholarship recipient. 

 

My past three-year project involves managing Arts Brookfield - World Financial Center’s (New York) environmental graphic design, production and installation.  During this projectI worked with contemporary artists all around the world such as Molly Dilworth, Amy Kao and Svay Sareth.

I am currently working at Journey Communications Inc. (JCI).  JCI is an exhibit design, marketing and communications firm in Wayne, PA focusing primarily on designing showroom space for retail and shopping centers at major trade shows.  As a director of exhibits at JCI, I work with the clients closely to ensure their exhibits meet the design, fabrication, budget and schedule requirements. 

 

I had opportunity to work with internationally known curators, designers when we organized first blockbuster Picasso-Matisse Exhibit in Istanbul, Turkey in collaboration with Coskun & Co. London gallery.

I have a passion for art and antiques; it plays an important role in my life.  I very much enjoyed teaching History of Furniture and Decorative Arts classes in Continuing Education Department at Moore College or Art s and Design between 2008-2010.
